Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network Welcomes WebCareHealth as Strategic Partner

WebCareHealth, a leading remote patient monitoring provider for management of patients with heart failure, anticoagulation management, and other chronic conditions, announced a partnership with the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN), a not-for-profit organization focused on strengthening critical access and small, rural hospitals through collaboration. WebCareHealth will serve as a preferred partner to ICAHN and its 57 member hospitals by offering guidance on remote patient monitoring to improve health outcomes, access to care, and revenue streams.
ICAHN named WebCareHealth as one of its strategic partner to support its goals to serve as a recognized resource for critical access hospitals and rural health needs; promote efficient use of information technology services; and offer educational opportunities and resources for its members.

Together, we’ll be able to share resources, expertise, and best practices on utilization of new technologies like remote patient monitoring software for optimal care,” said Patricia Schou, Executive Director, Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network.
WebCareHealth will offer education on the optimal use of remote patient monitoring for improving health outcomes for patients. As part of this, WebCareHealth will share best practices and tools that hospitals and health programs can use to more efficiently manage patients with complex conditions through real-time data collection and reporting for reimbursement.
